How do I add additional time?

The easiest way to add more time to your account is to simply log in, click on “New Request,” and then on the right side of the page under the section called “Available Points” click on the button that says “Add More.”  Then just choose how many hours you want to purchase, and our system will walk you through the final steps.  Alternatively, you can also email inquiring about purchasing more time, and a Sales Representative will promptly reach back out to you in order to assist you.
