What is a Dedicated Account Manager (DAM)?

A Dedicated Account Manager (DAM) is only available at the Red15, Red25, and Red50 plans.  The DAM is your main point of contact should you have any questions, need assistance, or if you need a status update.  They are also responsible for learning all of your preferences, processes, and procedures and then updating our team so that no matter who is working on your request, we know exactly how you want it completed.
