Phone Interviews

We would like for you to call and conduct initial interviews over the phone. We have received several resumes for the Client Services Associate position, and are in need of FT and PT staff immediately for a midsize technology company in San Francisco. The staff’s primary role is to provide the appropriate support tailored to the needs and desires of each individual.


Have prior customer service or client services experience 

High School diploma or equivalent

Must possess excellent problem solving skills

Excellent history of building relationships with top clientele 

Comfortable working alone, and as a part of a team

Excellent phone etiquette and experience answering on average 50+ calls a day 

Sales experience is a plus

Explain to me about your previous customer service/client services experience.

Do you have prior sales experience as well? If so in what capacity? 

Why do you feel that you would be a good fit with our company? 

In your opinion, what sets you apart from other candidates applying for this position?

How familiar are you with the Microsoft Office Suite? 

How did you hear about this position? 

How much do you know about our company and what we do? 

Explain one problem that you were faced with in a previous customer service environment, and how you were able to handle it. 

Have you ever worked with Mailchimp or a similar software in the past?
