Once I've signed up, how does the on-boarding work?

Once you’ve completed your signup and registration, you can start submitting requests right away.  If you’ve signed up for the Red 5 Plan, then a Client Services Associate will reach out to you for your Welcome/On-boarding call to answer any additional questions that you may have and to help you submit your first request.  If you’ve signed up for a Red15 Plan or above, then your Dedicated Account Manager (DAM) will reach out to you for your Welcome/On-boarding call to help answer any questions, begin to learn your preferences, help you submit your first request, and to assist you in getting started with our Inbox and Calendar Monitoring Service.
