How can I check the status of my request?

If you are on a Red5 Plan, then you can email the RBA that is working on your request directly or you can call Client Services at (424) 274-3319 to request an update.  If you are on a Red15 Plan or higher, you can do either of the above or you can also contact your DAM directly to request an update.
