I can't sign into my account, what's going on?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience!  If you can’t log into your account, first try and clear your browser history and make sure that you’re using either Safari or Google Chrome.  Next, make sure that you’re logging in with the email address that you originally signed up with.  If that doesn’t work, contact support@redbutler.com and they’ll be able to assist you in finding out why you are unable to log in.
