What are my downgrade options?

Are we missing something? If Red Butler isn't working for you in the way you had hoped, please do let us know. Our goal is to help you save time, so here are a few ways to make sure you're getting the most out of Red Butler: 

1) Account Review Request: Contact your DAM or Client Services and request your Account Review. We'll review your request history, utilization and any upcoming objectives to identify new things we can take off of your plate.

2) Consider Downgrading: If you're not using all of your time or just want to use Red Butler from time to time, consider an "Hourly Plan". Contact your DAM or Client Services to migrate to a smaller plan or an hourly account.

3) Cancel Service: If you'd prefer to terminate your service and delete your entire account, please visit https://www.redbutler.com/cancel. We'd greatly appreciate any feedback you have as we are constantly trying to improve our service, thank you!
